At Aera Accessories, we are committed to offering quality products and a smooth shopping experience. While we do not accept returns once a purchase is made, we do offer the option to exchange a product under certain conditions.

Customers can request an exchange within 15 days from the date they receive the product. However, to ensure transparency and fairness, we require a proper unboxing video as proof. This video must clearly show the product being unpacked from its original packaging, and any issue such as damage, defect, or wrong item must be visible in the same video. The video should begin before the package is opened, and must not be edited or cropped.

We ask that the product remains unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. If these conditions are met and the video proof is valid, we will gladly process an exchange for the same or similar product.

We understand that receiving the wrong or damaged product can be frustrating, and we’re here to help. Our exchange process is designed to be fair and protect both the customer and our team from misuse or mishandling.

Please note that we do not accept exchange requests without valid unboxing video proof, and we cannot accept requests made after 15 days of receiving the order.
